On returning to the Scout HQ for an indoor sing song it was very clear that many miles had been walked and there were some tired Cubs
Sunday had the Cubs up and ready for an early departure to Kings Oak on Box Hill for a day of traditional Scouting Activities. Tent pitching, collecting firewood to make a fire to cook their own meal, before an afternoon on the Heath for a Wide Game and Scavenger hunt. After Tea they enjoyed a real campfire to sing their songs before once again returning to HQ for a long sleep.
Over the course of the weekend we were able to complete Global and Outdoor challenge Badges, Local Knowledge activity badge and Nights Away (1 and 5) with Cubjam just three weeks away some of our Cubs will achieve their 10 Nights Away Badge shortly
